SHIPPING POLICY

Courier We ship all orders via The Courier Guy, who delivers on working weekdays only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Shipping Cost A flat rate of R120 per order applies to all deliveries within South Africa.

Processing & Delivery Time Orders are processed within 1-2 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery takes 2-4 working days from the date your order is dispatched. Please note that deliveries to rural or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Tracking Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@cpretty.co.za or 074 815 9017 and we will follow up with The Courier Guy on your behalf.
