REFUND POLICY

At CPretty Boutique, we take great pride in the quality of our products. All items are carefully quality-checked before being dispatched to you.

No Returns or Exchanges As our clothing is sourced directly from suppliers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We strongly encourage you to refer to the size guide provided on each product listing before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@cpretty.co.za or 074 815 9017 with a photo of the defect. We will assess each case individually and, where applicable, offer a replacement or store credit in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

  • We are not responsible for factory faults that pass undetected through our quality checks
  • Colour variations may occur due to different screen displays and are not considered defects
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Please note that some product images on our store are AI-generated for display purposes. While we strive for accuracy, minor details such as texture, shade, or finish may differ slightly from the actual item. These variations do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.
